Summary, etc. | In the contemporary higher education context, characterized by the pervasive integration of new technologies and the emphasis on collaborative pedagogical approaches in educational policies, it is imperative for educators to adapt their practices to prepare students for the professional competencies that will be sought after in the future. This article proposes a pedagogical approach centered on autonomy, empowerment, and collaborative learning to foster sustainable teaching practices. It explores the potential of a design thinking-centered hackathon to enhance the psychosocial competencies of future human resources specialists and to refine their professional practices in a sustainable manner. The present study draws on collaborative pedagogical expertise, adopting a pragmatic constructivist approach and a hybrid methodology. Initial results show that the design thinking hackathon is an innovative method for revitalizing teaching and professional practices. This hackathon highlights the dynamics of collective intelligence (CI), which promotes active, personalized, and varied learning, enabling continuous improvement of professional skills. |

Summary, etc. |
