| Summary, etc. | This article aims to analyze the educational expectations of Cornelius Castoriadis positions from the notion of world. The construction of this notion in L’institution imaginaire de la société constitutes the first moment of analysis, recognizing the prior inscription in a set of imaginary meanings which consists, for each epoch, the world. The model of the institution takes note of the need for transmission of this without which no autonomous life is possible. The heuristic scope of this theoretical framework will be illustrated successively by a critical reading of Jacques Rancière's positions developed in Le maître ignorant, then by presenting the discriminating and heuristic powers of this model in the educational field, underlining in particular the criticism of the forgetfulness of meaning manifested by the procedural reductions of the prevailing model currently in vogue in the French education system. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose d’analyser les attendus éducatifs des positions de Cornelius Castoriadis à partir de la notion de monde. La construction de cette notion dans L’institution imaginaire de la société constitue le premier moment de l’analyse, reconnaissant l’inscription préalable dans un ensemble de significations imaginaires en quoi consiste, pour chaque époque, le monde. Le modèle de l’institution prend acte de la nécessité de transmission de ce sans quoi aucune vie autonome n’est possible. La portée heuristique de ce cadre théorique sera illustrée successivement par une lecture critique des positions de Jacques Rancière développées dans Le maître ignorant, puis par la présentation des pouvoirs discriminant et heuristique de ce modèle dans le domaine éducatif, soulignant en particulier la critique de l’oubli du sens que manifestent les réductions procédurales du modèle prégnant en vogue actuellement dans le système éducatif en France. |
