| Summary, etc. | Little is known not only about the relationship between the manager’s entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the SME’s resilience to crises, but also about the impact of the manager’s social network in this relationship. This article attempts to fill this gap by adopting a quantitative approach using data collected from 350 SME leaders based in Niamey, Niger. The results reveal a direct link between the manager’s entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the SME’s resilience capacity. In addition, a direct correlation is observed between the two dimensions of the manager’s social network and the SME’s resilience capacity, although the effect of weak ties is more pronounced. Also, only weak ties act as moderators in the relationship. |

| Summary, etc. | On sait peu de choses non seulement sur la relation entre l’auto-efficacité entrepreneuriale du dirigeant et la résilience aux crises de la PME mais aussi sur l’impact du réseau social du dirigeant dans cette relation. Cet article tente de combler ce vide en adoptant une approche quantitative utilisant des données collectées auprès de 350 dirigeants de PME basées à Niamey au Niger. Les résultats révèlent un lien direct entre l’auto-efficacité entrepreneuriale du dirigeant et la capacité de résilience de la PME. De plus, une corrélation directe est observée entre les deux dimensions du réseau social du dirigeant et la capacité de résilience de la PME, bien que l’effet des liens faibles soit plus prononcé. En outre, seuls les liens faibles agissent en tant que modérateurs dans la relation. |
