| Summary, etc. | The publications of the Revue de l’Industrie Minérale (RIM) constitute a specific corpus of sources for study-ing the diffusion and development of managerial thought among mining engineers in France. This contribution analyzes the publications of the RIM from 1919 to 1950 in order to retrace a genealogy of managerial knowledge among those professionals. By highlighting the circulations and hybridizations of ideas, we stress the diffusionist perspective concerning the transmission of technical and managerial knowledge in France in the first half of the 20th century. |

| Summary, etc. | La Revue de l’Industrie Minérale (RIM) représente un corpus documentaire particulièrement intéressant pour étudier la diffusion et l’évolution d’une pensée gestionnaire parmi les ingénieurs civils des mines en France. Cette contribution propose d’analyser ses publications de 1919 à 1950 afin de reconstituer la généalogie de savoirs gestionnaires dans ce milieu technique. En mettant surtout en avant les circulations et hybridations qui caractérisent le débat sur la définition de gestion, on se place dans le sillage de la critique d’une lecture diffusionniste de la transmission des savoirs techniques et gestionnaires dans la première moitié du 20e siècle. |
