| Summary, etc. | This article hypothesizes the existence of a form of extreme jouissance distinct from pleasure, characterized by a psychic perversion that sadistically targets the psychic intimacy of others. The goal of the sexual drive is disrupted by the death drive. The film Salò (Pasolini, 1975) and the massacre of October 7, 2023, illustrate the structural connection between erotic sadism and absolute destructiveness. The oscillation between a paranoid pseudo-raitonal pole and a disorganizing rage in Hitler’s language and Heidegger’s philosophy paved the way for mass murders, which we tried to conceal. Contemporary jihadism also operates according to this paradoxical logic, further amplified by the spectacularization of the atrocities committed. The event of October 7, 2023, could well mark a historic turning point in the evolution of the current malaise in culture, where everything that has not been sufficiently analyzed from the past resurfaces with renewed intensity. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article fait l’hypothèse d’une forme de jouissance extrême distincte du plaisir caractérisée par une perversion psychique qui vise sadiquement l’intimité psychique d’autrui. Le but de la pulsion sexuelle est perturbé par la pulsion de mort. Le film Salò (Pasolini, 1975) et le massacre du 7 octobre 2023 montrent un lien structurel entre sadisme érotique et destructivité absolue. L’oscillation de la langue de Hitler et de la philosophie de Heidegger entre un pôle pseudo-rationnel paranoïaque et une rage désorganisatrice, ouvrit la voie à des meurtres de masse, que l’on cherchait à dissimuler. Le jihadisme contemporain fonctionne lui aussi selon ce type de logique paradoxale, elle lui ajoute la spectacularisation des exactions commises. L’évènement du 7 octobre 2023 pourrait bien constituer une césure historique dans l’évolution de l’actuel malaise dans la culture où tout ce qui n’a pas été suffisamment analysé de l’histoire passée ressurgit avec une intensité renouvelée. |
