Het werk van Samuel Gerson, Dori Laub en vele anderen op dit gebied helpt om de intrapsychische littekens van ernstig trauma te conceptualiseren en biedt interessante aanknopingspunten voor de benadering van ernstig sociaal en individueel trauma in de hedendaagse psychoanalytische behandeling. De basisprincipes van deze benadering worden in dit artikel uiteengezet. |

The work of Samuel Gerson, Dori Laub and many others in this field helps to conceptualise the intrapsychic scars of severe trauma and provides interesting starting-points for dealing with extreme social and individual trauma in contemporary psychoanalytic trauma treatment. The recommended foundations of this approach are set out in this article. |
