| Summary, etc. | Cet article analyse les enjeux sociologiques et organisationnels liés au recrutement et à l’engagement des jeunes dans les forces armées françaises, dans un contexte de difficultés persistantes en matière d’attractivité et de fidélisation des effectifs.
