Different visions of the role of controls in society have existed, leading to different policies for the transition from war to peace. Contrasting the end of price controls after World War II and after the Korean War, this article examines two possible conceptions of controls, and the effect of these different visions on the transition from war to peace. |

En comparant la fin des contrôles des prix après la Seconde Guerre mondiale et après la guerre de Corée, cet article analyse deux conceptions possibles des contrôles des prix et l’effet de ces différentes visions sur la transition vers la paix. |
