520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The most recent Critical Theory, especially in Habermas’works, does not seem to be very interested in emancipation. But one could also say that the concept of emancipatory interest, first borrowed by Habermas to Max Horkheimer, has emigrated into the immanent reality of Democratic Legal State. To which extent modern legal state, as rebuilt by Habermas, allows us to renew social and political emancipatory interests, this is the question that will guide us.
