| Summary, etc. | Cet article met en évidence l’existence du caractère continu des changements organisationnels et sociaux dans les entreprises. Il propose d’analyser ce « mouvement » comme une donnée spécifique, durable, et non comme l’émergence d’une nouvelle structure. En s’appuyant sur les perspectives de la sociologie de l’innovation et de l’organisation, l’article distingue un fort développement de l’activité organisatrice des firmes, associé à une faible capacité à structurer durablement l’organisation. Il souligne le caractère morcelé des apprentissages et l’existence de « dyschronies ». Reprenant les travaux de Simmel, il s’interroge finalement sur l’autonomie des règles par rapport à l’action. |

| Summary, etc. | The principal subject matter of this article concerns the existence of the continuous nature of social and organizational change in business enterprises. The analysis of this “movement” as an individual, lasting element, rather than as the emergence of a new structure, is put forward here. Based on the perspectives characteristic of organizational sociology and the sociology of innovation, a marked growth of organizational activity in firms associated with a poor capacity for structuring organizations in a lasting manner is singled out in the article. The fragmented nature of learning and the existence of “dyschrony” are also highlighted and, finally, with reference to the work of Georg Simmel, the autonomous character of rules compared to action is questioned. |
