| Summary, etc. | These notes offer a “critical” reading of current economic transformations in order to promote a culture of innovation working for the development of the person in all their dimensions. The author defends a relational and social vision of the economy against its modern reduction to a science of selfishness or isolation, a sign of a separation between economics, ethics, and politics. In this perspective, he promotes a renewal of economic knowledge based on dialog with philosophy, inviting us to probe both the Weilian conception of progress and the dynamics of authentic reciprocity promoted by the Italian civil economy. In the wake of Adriano Olivetti, the author thus situates his reflections at the heart of a humanism of the “between,” which is an ontology of the relationship that goes beyond any dualism, emphasizing the non-opposition, even the interaction between work, liberty, and personal fulfillment. |
