| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’histoire de la négociation spécifique à la réimplantation des réseaux de tramways « fer » dans l’Hexagone a permis d’observer comment il est possible de passer de la prise en compte d’un risque important, celui de l’engorgement urbain, à la mise en place d’une solution durable. On s’aperçoit ainsi de la modification des projets d’origine relatifs au tramway, qui vont progressivement intégrer la « variable design ». D’où l’intérêt d’étudier un premier aspect de la négociation concernant la nature de la demande et la manière dont les constructeurs y ont répondu. Avant d’étudier les réactions des élus territoriaux envers les entreprises locales, le grand public, sans oublier les retombées significatives à moyen terme (récompenses, tourisme urbain...). |
