Summary, etc. The diversity of normative data formats and corresponding types of decision thresholds make the task of identifying the position of an evaluated person (EvP)’s scores relative to the distribution of those of a reference sample time-consuming, complex, and error-prone. AUTONORMES was specifically developed to facilitate this essential part of the work of clinicians. Its function is to statistically analyze the scores obtained by a EvP (aged fifteen to eighty-nine years old) on tasks used for the evaluation of cognitive functions most commonly used in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation or developed within the NOTECOG-LAB project.Once demographic data and EvP scores have been entered into the spreadsheet, it performs the statistical analysis. The statistical test and the type of threshold for the decision vary according to the format of available normative data. AUTONORMES also analyzes the presence of significant differences between different scores observed at the same time (dissociations) and between the same scores obtained at different times. All results are presented in the form of tables separated by cognitive functions then tasks. The main current limitations of the spreadsheet are that the statistical analysis is only one-sided and that it does not allow correction for multiple comparisons. These features, as well as supplementary tasks, might be added to a future version, as we intend to keep developing the spreadsheet.
