| Summary, etc. | Our article outlines a model for analysing both the sphere of State production of digital governmentalities, and the plurality of sociotechnical logics of public action. The intersection of these two lines of inquiry enables us both to carry out a global analysis of the regimes of rationalizing public action through digital technology, and to grasp the concrete forms of digital instrumentation, as well as their different modes of appropriation. The aim of this theoretical outline is to construct a socio-technical understanding of the production of digital governmentalities and the shifts generated by these new institutional regimes, both for public agents and for their constituents. |

| Summary, etc. | Notre article esquisse un modèle d’analyse susceptible de questionner, d’une part, l’espace de production étatique des gouvernementalités numériques et, d’autre part, la pluralité des logiques sociotechniques d’action publique. Le croisement de ces deux lignes d’étude, permet de porter une analyse globale sur les régimes de rationalisation de l’action publique par le numérique et de saisir les formes concrètes d’instrumentation numérique, ainsi que leurs différents modes d’appropriation. Cette ébauche théorique a pour objet de construire une intelligibilité sociotechnique de la production des gouvernementalités numériques et des déplacements qu’engendrent ces nouveaux régimes institutionnels, tant pour les agents publics que pour leurs ressortissants. |
