| Summary, etc. | Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is an aggressive but benign lesion mainly affecting the long bones and the spine, in children and young adults under 30 years of age. However, this is a rare tumor. The foot is an even more unusual location. We describe the case of a 19-year-old young woman with Enneking type 2 and Capanna stage 2 navicular ABC. In the literature two cases have been previously described, the first in an 11-year-old child treated conservatively by curettage-filling and the second in a 25-year-old adult treated radically by resection. Our patient was operated on using a conservative technique. This is the first description of a conservative technique in an adult concerning this location with favorable follow-up at 4 years. |

| Summary, etc. | Le kyste osseux anévrysmal (KOA) est une lésion agressive mais bénigne touchant principalement les os longs et la colonne vertébrale, chez les enfants et jeunes adultes de moins de 30 ans. Il s’agit cependant d’une tumeur rare. Le pied est une localisation encore plus inhabituelle. Nous décrivons le cas d’une jeune femme de 19 ans présentant un KOA du naviculaire de type 2 d’Enneking et stade 2 de Capanna. Dans la littérature deux cas ont été précédemment décrits, le premier chez un enfant de 11 ans traité de manière conservatrice par curetage-comblement et la seconde chez un adulte de 25 ans traitée radicalement par résection. Notre patiente a été opéré selon une technique conservatrice. Il s’agit ainsi de la première description de technique conservatrice chez un adulte concernant cette localisation avec suivi favorable à 4 ans. |
