| Summary, etc. | In diesem Artikel wird dargelegt, dass die auf europäischer Ebene eingeleiteten Reformen zur Anpassung an den Klimawandel, die digitalen Entwicklungen und die geopolitischen Umwälzungen sozial unterstützt werden müssen und dass daher eben auf dieser Ebene darüber debattiert werden muss. Ausgehend von der Möglichkeit der EU, nur im Rahmen der diesbezüglichen Vorrechte der Mitgliedstaaten im Bereich der Sozialangelegenheiten tätig zu werden, werden hier die Ziele, Maßnahmen und Finanzierungen aufgeführt, die seit der Gründung der EU und besonders in den letzten zwei Legislaturperioden des Europaparlaments durch Verträge, Rechtsvorschriften und Richtlinien festgelegt wurden. Der Verfasser befürwortet eine stärkere Integration und plädiert für ein europäisches Sozialmodell, das Reformen in die Wege leitet, die den laufenden aktuellen Umständen gerecht werden. |

| Summary, etc. | This article sets out the need for social support for the reforms initiated at European level to adapt to climate change, digital developments and geopolitical upheavals, and therefore the need for debate at this level. With regard to the EU’s capacity to regulate social affairs in relation to the prerogative of the Member States, it sets out all the objectives, measures and funding that have been enshrined in the treaties, legislation and directives since the EU was created, and to a greater extent over the last ten years of the parliamentary term. In favour of greater integration, it argues for an European social model, with reforms linked to the transitions underway. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article pose en préalable la nécessité d’un accompagnement social des réformes initiées au niveau européen pour l’adaptation au changement climatique, aux évolutions numériques, aux bouleversements géopolitiques, et donc la nécessité que l’on en débatte à ce niveau. S’agissant de la capacité de l’UE en matière de réglementation sociale au regard de la prérogative des États membres, il énonce l’ensemble des objectifs, dispositifs et financements actés au fil des traités, législations et directives depuis sa création et de façon accrue ces dix dernières années de mandature parlementaire. Favorable à un renforcement de l’intégration, il plaide pour un modèle social européen, porteur de réformes liées aux transitions en cours. |
