| Summary, etc. | This article investigates the reasons why people of Ivorian nationality left their country and the complex conditions under which they returned to Ivory Coast and the forms of support to their resettlement after international migration. There are many reasons why the case of Ivory Coast, and more specifically of these migrants, is particularly relevant. Ivory Coast is at once a country of immigration, emigration, return migration and very significant circulation. The simultaneity and diversity of these migratory movements are due, on the one hand, to the fact that in the African context, Ivory Coast is a relatively wealthy country and offers economic opportunities, refuge and work to people from neighbouring countries (Koné, 2020). On the other hand, economic growth in recent years has not sufficiently improved the lot of the majority of the resident population (Adayé, 2020), some of whom are looking for alternatives to meet their expectations by emigrating to other countries. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’interroge d’une part sur les motifs qui ont poussé des personnes de nationalité ivoirienne à quitter leur pays, d’autre part sur les conditions complexes de leur retour en Côte d’Ivoire et les soutiens possibles à leur réinsertion après avoir vécu une migration internationale. De nombreuses raisons rendent le cas de la Côte d’Ivoire, et plus particulièrement de ces migrants, pertinent. La Côte d’Ivoire est à la fois un pays d’immigration, d’émigration, de migration de retour et de circulation très important. La simultanéité et la diversité de ces mobilités migratoires tiennent, d’une part, au fait que dans le contexte africain, la Côte d’Ivoire est un pays relativement riche et offre des opportunités économiques, de refuge et de travail aux populations des pays voisins (Koné, 2020). En revanche, la croissance économique de ces dernières années n’a pas suffisamment amélioré le sort de la majorité de la population résidente (Adayé, 2020), dont une partie cherche des alternatives pour répondre à ses attentes en émigrant vers d’autres pays. |
