The developed theoretical and methodological framework, combining a systemic understanding of innovation dynamics with graph theory – inspired modeling, has served as the foundation for strategic analysis tools now used by multiple public and industrial stakeholders. This framework led to the creation of GraphMyTech, a technology company structured around graph-based representations of innovation ecosystems, enhanced with applied artificial intelligence. Its goal is to provide decision-support tools to innovation managers (in companies, public bodies, research institutions, etc.), taking into account the systemic complexity of technological environments. This valorization approach uniquely integrates economic theory, algorithmic modeling, and applied AI. |

| Summary, etc. | À partir d’un travail doctoral consacré à l’analyse des systèmes duaux d’innovation – mêlant et favorisant les transferts technologiques entre organismes militaires et civils – cette intervention retrace le passage de la recherche académique à sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle dans des contextes professionnels. L’approche théorique et méthodologique développée, combinant une lecture systémique des dynamiques d’innovation et une modélisation inspirée de la théorie des graphes, a servi de socle à la conception d’outils d’analyse stratégique aujourd’hui utilisés par plusieurs acteurs publics et industriels. Ce cadre a notamment conduit à la création de GraphMyTech, une entreprise technologique reposant sur une représentation en graphe des écosystèmes d’innovation, enrichie par des apports issus de l’intelligence artificielle. L’objectif est de fournir aux responsables de l’innovation (entreprises, pouvoirs publics, institutions de recherche, etc.) des outils d’aide à la décision prenant en compte la complexité systémique de leur environnement technologique. Cette démarche de valorisation articule de façon originale théorie économique, modélisation algorithmique et IA appliquée. |
