| Summary, etc. | In a world marked by rapid change and unprecedented global challenges, organizations must reconcile often conflicting objectives: control and creativity, economic performance and social responsibility. Our research explores how these tensions, rather than being obstacles, can become powerful drivers of innovation. Using the framework of dynamic capabilities, we show how companies embed innovation into their strategies to turn constraints into opportunities. Our work is structured around three main areas: 1) managing tensions between control and creativity; 2) integrating organizational values as a source of innovation; and 3) leveraging CSR as a strategy to address global challenges while creating value. Based on multi-sector studies, our findings demonstrate that organizational tensions can spark creativity and strengthen resilience, calling for a rethinking of management frameworks in the face of major transitions. |

| Summary, etc. | Dans un monde caractérisé par des transformations rapides et des défis globaux sans précédent, les organisations doivent réconcilier des objectifs souvent contradictoires : contrôle et créativité, performance économique et responsabilité sociétale. Notre recherche explore comment ces tensions, loin d’être des freins, peuvent devenir des leviers d’innovation. En mobilisant le cadre des capacités dynamiques, nous montrons comment les entreprises intègrent l’innovation dans leurs stratégies pour transformer les contraintes en opportunités. Trois axes structurent nos travaux : 1) la gestion des tensions entre contrôle et créativité ; 2) l’intégration des valeurs organisationnelles comme moteur d’innovation ; 3) la RSE comme stratégie pour répondre aux défis mondiaux tout en créant de la valeur. Nos résultats, fondés sur des études multi-sectorielles, démontrent que les tensions organisationnelles peuvent stimuler la créativité et renforcer la résilience, invitant à repenser les cadres du management à l’heure des grandes transitions. |
