| Summary, etc. | This paper examines the process of institutional innovation in the development of a regional natural park (NRP) in the Gers, designed as a tool for agroecological transition. It analyzes the PNR team’s capacity to innovate and strengthen territorial cohesion through a multi-stakeholder consultation involving farmers and local actors. The approach draws on the concept of institutional innovation, understood as the transformation of institutions to address socio-economic challenges, and explores how a territorial project can foster such processes. The underlying hypothesis is that broad consultation enhances trust and knowledge coordination. The methodology is based on participant observation during four meetings, supplemented by a preliminary diagnostic phase. Early findings highlight the diversity of actors, their asymmetries and divergences, but also collective construction, mutual learning, and the NRP’s adaptability, illustrated by the expansion of its themes and the inclusion of new groups. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette communication étudie le processus d’innovation institutionnelle dans l’élaboration d’un parc naturel régional (PNR) dans le Gers, conçu comme outil de transition agroécologique. Elle analyse la capacité de l’équipe du PNR à innover et à renforcer la cohésion territoriale grâce à une consultation multipartite impliquant agriculteurs et acteurs locaux. L’approche mobilise le concept d’innovation institutionnelle, défini comme transformation des institutions pour répondre à des enjeux socio-économiques, et interroge la manière dont un projet territorial favorise ce processus. L’hypothèse est que la concertation élargie stimule la confiance et la coordination des savoirs. La méthodologie repose sur une observation participante de quatre réunions, complétée par un diagnostic préliminaire. Les premiers résultats montrent la diversité des acteurs, leurs asymétries et divergences, mais aussi la construction collective, l’apprentissage mutuel et l’adaptation du PNR, qui a élargi ses thématiques et intégré de nouveaux groupes. |
