| Summary, etc. | The first two transdisciplinary study days dedicated to wargaming, the creation of the Association Française d’Étude du Wargaming (AFEW) and the publication of a double issue of Stratégique have formally established the French renaissance of wargaming practices. Above all, the whole community is keen to develop rigorous methodologies and activities. Our work is in line with this desire and details a complete analytical wargaming methodology in order to understand how it can support innovation, both managerial and technological, in organizations. To do this, we draw on the results of an initial experiment carried out in February 2025, combining Heron’s Cooperative inquiry, and the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology. |

| Summary, etc. | Les deux premières journées d’étude transdisciplinaires dédiées au wargaming, la création de l’Association française d’Étude du Wargaming (AFEW) et la parution d’un numéro double dans Stratégique ont acté formellement la renaissance française des pratiques de wargaming. Surtout, l’ensemble de la communauté souhaite concevoir des méthodologies et activités rigoureuses. Notre travail s’inscrit dans cette volonté et détaille une méthodologie complète de wargaming analytique afin de comprendre en quoi elle peut soutenir l’innovation, tant managériale que technologique, dans les organisations. Pour ce faire, nous nous appuyons sur les résultats d’une première expérience réalisée en février 2025 couplant l’enquête coopérative de Héron et la méthodologie LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP). |
