| Summary, etc. | Our proposal investigates the impact of innovation within the domain of video games on group performance in professional environments. Through a comprehensive literature review combined with recent empirical studies, this research highlights the significant potential of video game innovations, particularly cooperative games and serious games, as effective tools for enhancing group dynamics and improving collective performance in workplace settings. The utilization of these interactive and playful mechanisms fosters essential team processes, including communication, coordination, shared leadership, engagement, motivation, team cohesion, and collaborative problem-solving. Furthermore, video game innovation contributes to the cultivation of transversal competencies such as creativity, stress management, and adaptability, which are critical for professional growth. Consequently, innovative video games are increasingly recognized as strategic levers capable of optimizing professional practices and driving the transformation of organizational cultures. This study underscores the growing relevance of gamified approaches in fostering both individual and collective efficiency in contemporary work contexts. |

| Summary, etc. | Notre proposition explore l’impact de l’innovation dans le domaine des jeux vidéo sur la performance des groupes en milieu professionnel. À travers une revue de littérature croisée avec des études empiriques récentes, il met en évidence le potentiel de l’innovation dans les jeux vidéo – notamment les jeux coopératifs et les jeux sérieux – comme outils de stimulation des dynamiques de groupe et des performances collectives. L’usage de ces dispositifs ludiques favorise des processus essentiels au travail en équipe, tels que la communication, la coordination, le leadership partagé, l’engagement, la motivation, la cohésion des équipes, et la résolution collaborative de problèmes. De plus, l’innovation vidéoludique contribue au développement de compétences transversales comme la créativité, la gestion du stress et l’adaptabilité.
