| Summary, etc. | French companies are lagging behind in the implementation of teleworking, mainly due to a lack of trust between French managers and their employees. We will attempt to explain why by examining three concepts: French management, teleworking and trust, through the following research question: What are the determinants of trust between managers and employees in a teleworking situation? Our main hypothesis is that the lack of trust between managers and employees hinders the development of teleworking within French companies. This research is being conducted in partnership with Skilit, a company that develops solutions for analysing behavioural factors through semantics, using language sciences, behavioural sciences, neuroscience and AI. This research should enable the Skilit tool to be identified by clients as a “managerial relationship management” tool in the field of management sciences. |

| Summary, etc. | Les entreprises françaises présentent un retard dans la mise en place du télétravail, notamment, en raison du manque de confiance entre les managers français et leurs collaborateurs. Nous allons tenter d’expliquer pourquoi en étudiant 3 concepts : le management français, le télétravail et la confiance, à travers la question de recherche suivante : Quels sont les déterminants de la confiance entre managers et salariés en situation de télétravail ? Notre hypothèse principale est que le manque de confiance entre managers et collaborateurs nuit au développement du télétravail au sein des entreprises françaises. Ces travaux de recherche s’effectuent dans le cadre d’un partenariat avec la société Skilit qui est un éditeur de solutions d’analyse des facteurs comportementaux à travers la sémantique et qui utilise les Sciences du langage, du comportement, les neurosciences et l’IA. Cette recherche doit permettre, en ce qui concerne les Sciences de Gestion, que l’outil Skilit soit identifié par les clients comme un outil de « Gestion de la relation managériale ». |
