| Summary, etc. | Since 2022, generative artificial intelligence (GAI) has established itself in the field of education as a promising tool for personalization and inclusion. Presented as a lever for democratizing knowledge and reducing inequalities, it nevertheless raises tensions between technological accessibility and genuine critical appropriation. This research questions the extent to which GAI can be described as inclusive. It reveals that, while GAI promotes pedagogical adaptation and equal opportunities by diversifying learning paths, it also reproduces linguistic, cultural, and social biases linked to training data. The lack of co-design with vulnerable audiences and dependence on dominant models reinforce the risk of a techno-cognitive divide. The study calls for integrated inclusion and a systemic approach that takes into account design, data, and usage in order to prevent AI from turning a promise of inclusion into a vector of exclusion. |

| Summary, etc. | Depuis 2022, l’intelligence artificielle générative (IAG) s’impose dans le champ éducatif comme un outil prometteur de personnalisation et d’inclusion. Présentée comme un levier de démocratisation du savoir et de réduction des inégalités, elle soulève néanmoins des tensions entre accessibilité technologique et véritable appropriation critique. Cette recherche interroge dans quelle mesure l’IAG peut être qualifiée d’inclusive. Elle montre que, si l’IAG favorise l’adaptation pédagogique et l’égalité des chances en diversifiant les parcours, elle reproduit également des biais linguistiques, culturels et sociaux liés aux données d’entraînement. L’absence de co-conception avec les publics vulnérables et la dépendance aux modèles dominants renforcent le risque d’une fracture techno-cognitive. L’étude plaide pour une inclusion intégrée, et une approche systémique, tenant compte de la conception, des données et des usages, afin d’éviter que l’IAG ne transforme une promesse d’inclusion en vecteur d’exclusion. |
