| Summary, etc. | This study examines the influence of different forms of proximity (cognitive, social, institutional and geographical) on the absorptive capacity of purchasers in adopting eco-innovative practices. Drawing on the dynamic capabilities framework and the Proximity School, it draws on case studies of 11 eco-innovation projects. Although the study is cross-sectional, the professional seniority of many respondents provides a longitudinal perspective. The results show that cognitive proximity promotes the sharing of technical knowledge and understanding of processes. Social proximity strengthens trust and interpersonal cooperation, facilitating the exchange of tacit information. Institutional proximity aligns actors around common reference points such as standards and labels. Finally, geographical proximity facilitates direct interactions and supports short circuits. This work thus sheds light on the relational levers that favour the ecological transformation of purchasing organisations by highlighting the combined and evolving effect of different forms of proximity. |

| Summary, etc. | Ce travail étudie l’influence de différentes formes de proximité (cognitive, sociale, institutionnelle et géographique) sur la capacité d’absorption des acheteurs dans l’adoption de pratiques éco-innovantes. S’appuyant sur le cadre des capacités dynamiques et de l’École de la Proximité, il mobilise des études de cas portant sur 11 projets d’éco-innovations. Bien que l’étude soit transversale, l’ancienneté professionnelle de nombreux répondants permet d’avoir une perspective longitudinale. Les résultats montrent que la proximité cognitive favorise le partage de connaissances techniques et la compréhension des processus. La proximité sociale renforce la confiance et la coopération interpersonnelle, facilitant l’échange d’informations tacites. La proximité institutionnelle aligne les acteurs autour de référentiels communs comme les normes et labels. Enfin, la proximité géographique facilite les interactions directes et soutient les circuits courts. Ce travail éclaire ainsi les leviers relationnels favorables à la transformation écologique des organisations acheteuses en soulignant l’effet combiné et évolutif des différentes formes de proximité. |
