| Summary, etc. | The concept of an ecosystem encompasses various entities, including business models, platforms, networks, and technological systems. For instance, an entrepreneurial ecosystem may emerge from a hierarchical approach to governance and an agreement among multiple institutional, industrial, or cultural actors. For entrepreneurial initiatives to be effective, they must be grounded not only in the attitudes and behaviors of individual entrepreneurs but also in the broader social, economic, and political context. This research analyzes the systemic process of social entrepreneurship. Then, an exploratory qualitative study was conducted with 12 Tunisian social entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that the institutional ecosystem of social enterprises primarily consists of municipalities, regional and local administrations, governorates (prefectures), public financial institutions (the state), and public universities. It also appears that the support provided to social enterprises by this institutional ecosystem is mainly logistical in nature. |

| Summary, etc. | La notion d’écosystème implique plusieurs entités incluant notamment des modèles d’affaires, des plateformes, des réseaux, des systèmes technologiques. Par exemple, un écosystème entrepreneurial peut naître d’une conception hiérarchique de la gouvernance et d’un accord entre plusieurs acteurs institutionnels, industriels ou culturels. Pour être efficiente, la démarche entrepreneuriale se base à la fois sur les attitudes, les comportements des entrepreneurs individuels et sur la prise en compte des facteurs sociaux, économiques et politiques. Cette recherche porte sur une analyse du processus systémique de l’entrepreneuriat social. Une étude qualitative, de nature exploratoire a donc été réalisée auprès de 12 entrepreneurs sociaux tunisiens. Les résultats montrent que l’écosystème institutionnel de l’entreprise sociale est constitué principalement de mairies (ou municipalités), d’administrations régionales et locales, de gouvernorat (préfecture), de finances publiques (État) et des universités publiques. Il apparaît également que le support offert à l’entreprise sociale par cet écosystème institutionnel est principalement d’ordre logistique. |
