Drawing on a sample of English-language articles indexed in the SCOPUS database, we critically assess and categorize the main themes, challenges, and areas of focus addressed by social innovators across various settings. The review identifies key drivers and strategic determinants shaping social innovation in these regions and proposes a future research agenda tailored to their unique socio-economic conditions. By offering a comprehensive synthesis of existing studies, this review provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to enhance the effectiveness and impact of social innovation initiatives in developing countries. |

| Summary, etc. | Dans cette étude, nous passons en revue la littérature sur l’évolution des connaissances dans le domaine de l’innovation sociale dans le contexte spécifique des pays en développement. À partir d’un échantillon d’articles rédigés en langue anglaise et sélectionnés depuis la base de données SCOPUS, une évaluation critique est appliquée pour identifier et catégoriser les principaux thèmes et questions abordés par les innovateurs sociaux dans différents contextes et proposer un agenda de recherche adapté aux spécificités des pays en développement. Cette revue systématique de la littérature permet de fournir une vue objective des moteurs actuels et des déterminants stratégiques des innovations sociales, ainsi que des études pertinentes qui peuvent guider les gestionnaires et les décideurs dans leurs processus de prise de décision et améliorer les performances de l’innovation sociale. |
