| Summary, etc. | This research examines how digital nomadism constitutes a lever for social innovation for tourist destinations, through the case study of Málaga and its “Málaga Workbay” program. While this strategy helps diversify the local economy, attract talent, and strengthen territorial attractiveness, it also presents limits: an incomplete social integration, a real estate pressure, and an unclear tax framework. By using the theoretical framework of territorial social responsibility (TSR), the study reveals that hosting digital nomads can support territorial innovation, provided that social, environmental, and participatory issues are fully integrated into local policies. These initial results open the door to broader reflections on the impacts of digital nomadism on sustainable development dynamics of tourist destinations. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche examine dans quelle mesure le nomadisme numérique constitue un levier d’innovation sociale pour les destinations touristiques, à travers l’étude de cas de Málaga et de son programme « Málaga Workbay ». Si cette stratégie permet de diversifier l’économie locale, attirer des talents et renforcer l’attractivité territoriale, elle comporte également des limites : une intégration sociale incomplète, une pression foncière, et un cadre fiscal qui demeure flou. En mobilisant le cadre théorique de la responsabilité sociale des territoires (RST), l’étude révèle que l’accueil des nomades numériques peut soutenir l’innovation territoriale à condition d’intégrer pleinement les enjeux sociaux, environnementaux et participatifs dans les politiques locales. Ces premiers résultats ouvrent la voie à des réflexions élargies sur les impacts du nomadisme numérique dans les dynamiques de développement durable des destinations touristiques. |
