| Summary, etc. | In a global context marked by complex challenges such as climate change and inequality, university-industry collaboration is an essential mechanism for fostering innovative and responsible solutions. This research examines how this partnership can support Responsible Innovation, an emerging paradigm that aligns technological development with societal values and sustainable development. Using a mixed methods approach combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with stakeholders from Moroccan universities and industry the study employs theoretical frameworks from knowledge management and the triple helix model. The findings aim to improve knowledge transfer strategies, enhance business competitiveness, and inform public policy. This research ultimately seeks to enrich the Moroccan innovation ecosystem by promoting socially relevant technologies aligned with the sustainable development goals. |

| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte mondial marqué par des défis complexes comme le changement climatique et les inégalités, la collaboration université-industrie apparaît comme un mécanisme essentiel pour favoriser l'émergence de solutions innovantes et responsables. Cette recherche examine comment ce partenariat peut soutenir l'innovation responsable, un paradigme émergent alignant le développement technologique sur les valeurs sociétales et le développement durable. Adoptant une approche méthodologique mixte combinant entretiens qualitatifs et enquêtes quantitatives auprès d'universités marocaines et d'acteurs industriels, l'étude s'appuie sur les cadres théoriques de la gestion des connaissances et de la triple hélice. Les résultats visent à améliorer les stratégies de transfert de connaissances, renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises et éclairer les politiques publiques. Cette contribution cherche in fine à enrichir l'écosystème marocain d'innovation en promouvant des technologies socialement pertinentes et alignées sur les objectifs de développement durable. |
