| Summary, etc. | This article is based on the work carried out by the working group on Generative Artificial Intelligence, established by the Essec Chair of Change in February 2024. Composed of large companies and ETIs, this group named “Change IA” has committed to defining the necessary conditions and essential milestones for the successful integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence, with a particular focus on facilitating change. As part of this objective, the group has developed a prototype maturity assessment grid, specifically designed to measure an organization’s readiness for the implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence. This prototype is now ready to be tested and to provide valuable insights into the conditions required for effective change. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’appuie sur les travaux réalisés par le groupe de travail sur l’intelligence artificielle générative, mis en place par la Chaire Essec du Changement en février 2024. Composé de grandes entreprises et d’ETI, ce groupe intitulé « Change IA » s’est engagé à définir les conditions nécessaires et les jalons essentiels pour l’intégration réussie de l’intelligence artificielle générative, avec un accent particulier sur la facilitation du changement. Dans le cadre de cet objectif, le groupe a développé un prototype de grille d’évaluation de la maturité, spécifiquement conçu pour mesurer la préparation d’une organisation à l’implémentation de l’intelligence artificielle générative. Ce prototype est désormais prêt à être testé et à fournir des indications précieuses sur les conditions requises pour un changement efficace. |
