| Summary, etc. | The first two transdisciplinary study days dedicated to wargaming, the creation of the Association Française d’Étude du Wargaming (AFEW) and the publication of a double issue of Stratégique have formally established the French renaissance of wargaming practices. Above all, the whole community is keen to develop rigorous methodologies and activities. Our work is in line with this desire and details a complete analytical wargaming methodology in order to understand how it can support innovation, both managerial and technological, in organizations. To do this, we draw on the results of an initial experiment carried out in February 2025, combining Heron’s Cooperative inquiry, and the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology. |
