Summary, etc. Our proposal investigates the impact of innovation within the domain of video games on group performance in professional environments. Through a comprehensive literature review combined with recent empirical studies, this research highlights the significant potential of video game innovations, particularly cooperative games and serious games, as effective tools for enhancing group dynamics and improving collective performance in workplace settings. The utilization of these interactive and playful mechanisms fosters essential team processes, including communication, coordination, shared leadership, engagement, motivation, team cohesion, and collaborative problem-solving. Furthermore, video game innovation contributes to the cultivation of transversal competencies such as creativity, stress management, and adaptability, which are critical for professional growth. Consequently, innovative video games are increasingly recognized as strategic levers capable of optimizing professional practices and driving the transformation of organizational cultures.
