| Summary, etc. | This article focuses on the supply of fruit and vegetables on the island of Réunion. It begins by analyzing attempts to modernize the sector. In the second part, the focus shifts to sociotechnical changes linked to the ecological transition, such as organic farming. We show that a regime of technoscientific promises encouraged by the authorities tends to conflict with a regime of promises based on collective experimentation, which is more endogenous and open to other types of audiences. These dynamics are part of systems of action whose compatibility is not always guaranteed. This raises the challenge of organizing their coexistence. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à l’approvisionnement en fruits et légumes à l’île de La Réunion. Il analyse dans un premier temps les tentatives de modernisation de la filière. Dans la deuxième partie la focale se déplace sur les changements sociotechniques liés au tournant écologique, comme l’agriculture biologique. Nous montrons qu’un régime des promesses technoscientifiques encouragé par les autorités tend à s’opposer à un régime des promesses fondé sur l’expérimentation collective, plus endogène et ouvert à d’autres types de publics. Ces dynamiques relèvent de systèmes d’action dont la compatibilité n’est pas toujours assurée. Se pose ainsi l’enjeu de l’organisation de leur coexistence. |
