| Summary, etc. | The concept of territorial anchoring makes it possible to account for collective dynamics aimed at responding to a new localised issue. It is based on the idea that, in this process, a community of destiny is created between activity and territory. In this dynamic, resources are collectively produced and qualified. However, the anchoring approach struggles to account for the plural nature of the collective processes interacting at the level of a given local activity and the turbulent way in which this impacts the qualification of these resources. We hypothesize the multiplicity of territorial anchors and propose the notion of significant resources to analyze the nodal points at which these anchors interact. This proposal emerged during doctoral research using sheep dairy farming in Corsica and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques as a case study, whose conflictual history prompts questions about the balance of power and how it has evolved over time. We analyzed how various significant resources—milk, fodder, and genetic resources—emerge through tensions and conflicts, and how they are characterized and interconnected in the promotion of cheeses. Analyzing the coherence of the network of actors and resources thus constituted makes it possible to account for the coexistence of multiple anchors and to analyze the sustainability of the activity at the territorial level. |

| Summary, etc. | Le concept d’ancrage territorial permet de rendre compte de dynamiques collectives visant à répondre à une problématique inédite localisée. Il repose sur l’idée que, dans ce processus, une communauté de destin se crée entre activité et territoire. Cette approche peine toutefois à rendre compte de la nature plurielle des processus collectifs en interaction à l’échelle d’une activité locale donnée et de la façon mouvementée dont cela impacte la qualification de ces ressources. Nous faisons l’hypothèse de la multiplicité des ancrages territoriaux et nous proposons la notion de ressource significative pour analyser les points nodaux au niveau desquels ces ancrages interagissent. Cette proposition a émergé au cours d’une recherche doctorale portant sur l’étude de l’activité ovine laitière en Corse et en Pyrénées-Atlantiques dont l’histoire conflictuelle pousse à interroger les rapports de force en présence et leur évolution dans le temps. Nous analysons la façon dont différentes ressources, laits, ressources fourragères et génétiques, affleurent à travers tensions et conflits et comment elles sont qualifiées et interconnectées dans la valorisation des fromages. L’étude de la cohérence du réseau d’acteurs et de ressources ainsi constitué permet de mettre en avant la coexistence des ancrages multiples et d’analyser la pérennité de l’activité à l’échelle du territoire. |
