| Summary, etc. | La Responsabilidad Social Organizacional (RSO) es un concepto conocido y reconocido desde hace muchos años. Sin embargo, los nuevos desafíos sociales tienden a integrar estos enfoques sustentables y sustentables a través de nuevos mecanismos de interacción territorial (transición energética, viajes de empleados, circuitos cortos, etc.). Nuestro aporte propone integrar una visión más territorial y asociativa que llamamos Responsabilidad Social Territorial (RST). Se propone la construcción de una matriz sobre RST para gerentes, con el fin de equiparlos para la interacción necesaria entre una organización y su territorio, en los albores de las transformaciones socioeconómicas locales. |
