520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. [This narrative review aims to answer the following question: how the clinical approach of the Patient-Centered Care (PCC) is a factor favorable to self-healing as a psychophysiological process that each person has to heal. In the clinical PCC process, the therapeutic relationship is in interaction with the consideration of the patient’s perspective in a global biopsychosocial approach to find common ground for a shared decision making. Its therapeutic effect, like that of self-healing, can be explained partly by the non-specific placebo effect. The placebo non-specific therapeutic effect is the result of operant conditioning on a person who has favorable beliefs, expectations, and mindset. It is promoted by a link of influence, a therapeutic alliance and a context of a trusting relationship with a professional. It activates psychophysiological processes that are found in self-healing. Based on an exploratory narrative literature review, the links between self-healing, placebo non-specific effect and therapeutic relationship specific effect are addressed.]
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
