| Summary, etc. | Lors du premier confinement général en France en réponse à la pandémie de Covid-19, les structures extrahospitalières et les services à domicile furent fermés, entraînant une rupture des liens thérapeutiques et sociaux pour de nombreux patients. Dans ce contexte inédit, les professionnels du Pôle Clamart du Groupe hospitalier Paul Guiraud ont créé un blog comme une tentative de rétablir le lien interrompu. Très rapidement la dynamique de participation, de partage et de consultation du blog a largement dépassé les attentes initiales. Nous proposons ici des hypothèses pour expliquer le succès de cette expérience et son impact clinique à partir d’une réflexion sur les représentations de soins en psychiatrie et sur l’utilisation de l’outil numérique dans le lien soignant. |

| Summary, etc. | During the first lockdown in France due to the Covid-19 pandemic, outpatient facilities and home services shut down, leading to a break in therapeutic and social ties for many patients. In this unprecedented context, the professionals at the Clamart center of the Paul Guiraud hospital group created a blog in an attempt to restore the broken link. Very quickly, the blog’s success as a site for participation, sharing, and consultation far exceeded initial expectations. Here we offer some hypotheses to explain the success of this experiment and its clinical impact, starting from a reflection on the representations of care in psychiatry and on the use of digital tools in the therapeutic relationship. |

| Summary, etc. | Durante el primer confinamiento en Francia a raíz de la pandemia de Covid-19, las estructuras extra- hospitalarias y los servicios a domicilio fueron cerrados, provocando de esta manera una ruptura de los lazos terapéuticos y sociales para numerosos pacientes. En este contexto inédito, los profesionales del Polo Clamart del grupo hospitalario Paul Guiraud crearon un blog en un intento de restablecer el vínculo interrumpido. Muy rápidamente, la dinámica de participación, de experiencia compartida y de consulta del blog superaron ampliamente las expectativas iniciales. Proponemos aquí algunas hipótesis para explicar el éxito de esta experiencia y su impacto clínico a partir de una reflexión sobre las representaciones de los tratamientos en psiquiatría y sobre el uso de la herramienta digital en el vínculo terapéutico. |
