| Summary, etc. | Starting from anti-positivist arguments in legal studies and some uses of Wittgenstein’s theses, this article investigates theoretical challenges of the analysis of a critical relationship to rules. Making sense of anti-positivist objections leads, it is shown, to the analysis of political coordination on the basis of general principles. |
