| Summary, etc. | L’assistance médicale à la procréation ( amp), en arraisonnant le corps des femmes à un contrôle biomédical auquel tout le reste doit être suspendu, permet de réinterroger les divisions genrées entre sphère productive et reproductive. Les femmes qui mènent de front parcours d’ amp et activité professionnelle montrent en effet que leur ‘choix’ est traversé par des injonctions contradictoires, normé par un imaginaire sociohistorique genré. Mises en danger par la collusion entre deux univers où elles ne sont pas en position de force, les femmes cherchent à s’en sortir en utilisant elles-mêmes un ‘script’ qui, le plus souvent, nourrit paradoxalement leur domination. |

| Summary, etc. | The costs of medically assisted procreation for women in employmentBy subjecting women’s bodies to a biomedical control that takes precedence over everything else, medically assisted procreation (MAP) allows us to once more call into question the gendered divisions between the productive and reproductive spheres. Women who combine the MAP process with a professional activity indeed show that their “choice” is riven with contradictory injunctions, and governed by the standards of a gendered socio-historical imaginary. Threatened by the collusion between two universes in which they are not in a strong position, women try to cope by themselves following a “script” which, most of the time, paradoxically feeds their own subjugation. |

| Summary, etc. | La procreación médicamente asistida (PMA), al someter el cuerpo de las mujeres a un control biomédico al cual todo lo demás debe quedar suspendido, permite reexaminar las divisiones de género entre la esfera productiva y la esfera reproductiva. Las mujeres que al mismo tiempo continúan el recorrido de la PMA y su actividad profesional muestran en efecto que en su ‘elección’ se atraviesan mandatos contradictorios, normados por un imaginario sociohistórico de género. Puestas en peligro por la colusión entre dos universos donde no están en posición de fuerza, las mujeres buscan salir del problema utilizando ellas-mismas un script que, la mayor parte del tiempo, alimenta paradójicamente su dominación. |
