Mais qu’en est-il des violences subies par des travailleuses de la part de bénéficiaires ? Partant d’une recherche-action ayant réuni une association féministe et un service d’aide et d’accompagnement à domicile, l’article rend compte de données originales tant du point de vue de la situation d’exposition des salariées que de leurs pratiques auto-protectrices. Ce faisant, il témoigne également, dans une perspective pragmatiste, de la pertinence d’un outil d’intervention féministe, l’autodéfense féministe, pour guider le travail de connaissance et de prévention. |

| Summary, etc. | The revelations of abuse and violence in the world of care are upsetting the representations of this world. But what about the violence suffered by female workers at the hands of beneficiaries? Based on an action-research that brought together a feminist association and a home help and support service, the article reports on original data both from the point of view of the employees' exposure situation and their self-protective practices. In doing so, it also demonstrates, from a pragmatic perspective, the relevance of a feminist intervention tool, feminist self-defense, to guide the work of knowledge and prevention. |

| Summary, etc. | Las revelaciones de abusos y violencia en el mundo de los cuidados son representaciones demoledoras de este mundo. Pero, ¿qué pasa con la violencia que sufren las trabajadoras a manos de los beneficiarios? A partir de un proyecto de investigación-acción en el que participaron una asociación feminista y un servicio de ayuda a domicilio, el artículo presenta datos originales sobre la exposición de las trabajadoras y sus prácticas de autoprotección. Al hacerlo, también demuestra, desde una perspectiva pragmática, la relevancia de una herramienta de intervención feminista, la autodefensa feminista, para orientar el trabajo de conocimiento y prevención. |
