| Summary, etc. | Il est très difficile de maintenir une pensée vivante en psychiatrie du fait de la multiplicité et de la diversité des clivages qui attaquent inévitablement le quotidien de l’institution psychiatrique. En appui sur des séquences cliniques et sur la littérature actuelle sur le sujet, l’auteure se propose d’illustrer certains de ces clivages et d’examiner en quoi la psychanalyse, bien que parfois vécue comme une menace par les équipes, peut favoriser une saine conflictualité et ainsi apporter une contribution précieuse à la fonction soignante de l’institution: par l’acceptation du manque, du tiers et l’accès à la position dépressive qu’elle favorise, et aussi par le travail de figuration et de médiation qu’elle exerce. |

| Summary, etc. | It is quite difficult to sustain a lively thought in psychiatry due to the diversity and multiple splittings that inevitably attack everyday life in such institutions. Based upon clinical situations and contemporary literature, the author illustrates certain splittings and examines how psychoanalysis, although sometimes perceived by caregivers as a threat, can help instate a sane conflict and lead to a precious contribution to the caring function of the institution: by acknowledging the absence, the third party and access to depressive position it favors, but also through the representation and mediation it outbrings. |
