| Summary, etc. | Le début d’un groupe de psychothérapie composé de patients psychotiques montre l’organisation de l’intime du groupe, à travers le discours d’un des participants. Il a du mal à accepter le groupe, tout en souhaitant être son leader en le dominant par son délire. Le groupe provoque chez lui des réactions émotionnelles très fortes impliquant son corps, jusqu’à la souffrance. Elle prend la forme de signifiants formels : sensation de chaleur, mal au cœur, et finalement impression d’avoir des branchies, ce qui se concrétise en un glaire à cracher à l’extérieur. L’incorporation du groupe conduit à une véritable expulsion partielle. Par là même, un nouveau pacte redéfinit les relations dans le groupe, les rendant plus égalitaires, et permettant ainsi l’expression de propos plus personnels. |

This patient finds it difficult to accept the group, while at the same time wishing to be the leader by dominating through his delirium. The group provokes in him very strong emotional reactions involving his body, until suffering. It takes the form of formal signifiers : sensation of warmth, heartache, and finally the impression of having gills, which materializes in a mucus to spit out. The incorporation of the group leads to a real partial expulsion. Thereby, a new pact redefines relationships within the group, which makes them more egalitarian, thus allowing the expression of more personal talking. |
