Cet article propose une réflexion sur ce thème à partir de l’étude du cas d’un frère et d’une sœur reçus au centre médico-psychologique. Il expose l’intrication entre la demande initiale de consultation, la révélation de certains secrets, et la situation de crise familiale. La mise en place de consultations différenciées pour chacun des enfants est étudiée sous l’angle de sa résonance avec la problématique et le fonctionnement de la famille. La fonction de la dramatisation comme alternative à la répétition traumatique est également discutée. |

This article offers a reflection on this theme, based on the case study of a brother and sister seen at the consultation center. It shows the entanglement of the initial demand for care, the unveiling of secrets, and the family crisis. The introduction of separate consultations for each child is considered insofar as it echoes the family problems and functioning. The function of dramatization is also discussed as an alternative to traumatic repetition. |
