| Summary, etc. | Les établissements psychiatriques ont eu à se réinventer au cours de la crise sanitaire de la Covid ‑19. Les cadres de travail ont été modifiés et les équipes de soin ont dû repenser leur accompagnement auprès des patients. Ce qui était connu ne l’était tout d’un coup plus : les habitudes de l’institution, les rituels de chacun ont changé. Nous prendrons plus précisément l’exemple d’une institution psychiatrique qui accueille des patients adultes de psychiatrie générale. Nous nous interrogerons sur les vécus pour les professionnels de ces changements et également sur les conséquences que cela a pu avoir dans la prise en charge des patients. Quel équilibre cette crise est-elle venu ébranler ? Comment la crise sanitaire est-elle venue mettre en exergue des problématiques qui préexistaient ? |

| Summary, etc. | Psychiatric facilities had to reinvent themselves during the Covid ‑19 health crisis. Work environments were changed, care arrangements were shaken. The care teams had to reinvent their support for patients. What was known was suddenly no longer known: the institution’s habits and everyone’s rituals changed. We will look at what these changes have meant for the professionals and also at the consequences that this may have had on patient care. More specifically, we will take the example of a psychiatric institution that takes in adult patients from general psychiatry. The health crisis thus appeared within an institution that already had a rich history, with its strengths and weaknesses. What balance did this crisis upset ? How did the health crisis highlight pre-existing problems? |
