| Summary, etc. | RésuméProblème majeur de santé publique, les tentatives de suicide des adolescents appellent une mise en sens. Il nous semble que le geste suicidaire manifeste une voie de décharge pulsionnelle retournée contre soi tout en préservant l’objet et peut être compris comme une défense violente instinctuelle. Le courant sexuel instinctuel pubertaire insuffisamment contenu se voit excessivement infiltré par des motions infantiles parenticides et incestueuses non intégrées, en écho à des motions infanticides assignées aux figures parentales, ce qui est susceptible de brouiller les repères générationnels. Ainsi, le geste suicidaire nous semble signer momentanément un échec d’élaboration du traitement de la perte et du conflit œdipien réactualisé à l’adolescence mais nous semble aussi signer une tentative de redémarrage du processus de subjectivation. Notre propos s’étaye sur des extraits d’entretiens cliniques d’une adolescente de 16 ans, après son passage aux urgences à la suite d’un geste suicidaire par ingestion médicamenteuse et sur une comparaison de deux séquences de réponses au T.A.T., peu après le geste suicidaire et un an plus tard. |

| Summary, etc. | Teen-agers’ suicidal gestures are a major problem of public health and it is important to understand its meaning. We see suicide attempt as a way of pulsionnal discharge reversed against oneself to protect the object and we understand it as a violent instinctual defense. The instinctual sexual current of puberty insufficiently contented is excessively infiltrated by infantile parricidal and incestuous unassimilated motions, repeating infanticidal motions assigned to parental figures. This excessive infiltration may confuse the boundaries of generations. So, suicidal gesture seems to sign momentarily a failure of elaboration of treatment of loss and of oedipal conflict updated during the adolescence. But suicidal gesture seems also to sign an attempt to start up again the subjectivation’process. Our purpose is based on extracts of clinical interviews of a 16 years old teen-ager after her passage through the emergency department further to her suicide attempt by medicines ingestion and on a comparison between two sequences of answers to the T.A.T., just after the suicidal gesture and one year later. |
