Summary, etc. RésuméLes difficultés engendrées par la dramatisation du roman familial à l’adolescence et la violence des agirs les attestant finissent par décontenancer les professionnels de la protection à l’enfance dans leur propre rapport au roman de l’institution. L’(af)filiation professionnelle s’en trouve complexifiée par des injonctions paradoxales qui grèvent leur pratique et par des pactes défensifs de groupe qui entravent la compréhension et la gestion de la violence des adolescents en quête de leur place dans la filiation.Un cas issu de notre pratique clinique montre comment l’échec à interpréter son roman familial par une adolescente adoptée puis “placée”, révèle la fixation clôturante d’une équipe éducative à sa propre (pré)histoire institutionnelle idéalisée.

Summary, etc. An institutional family narrative drifting into educational violenceThe difficulties generated by the dramatization of a family narrative in adolescence, and the violent acting out attesting to them, become disconcerting to professionals, working to protect children, in their own relationship with the institutional narrative. The professional relationship or affiliation is made more complex by paradoxical injunctions, which burden their practice, and by group defensive pacts, which hinder the understanding and management of the violence of teenagers in search of their place within the family. A case from our clinical practice of a teenager, who was adopted, then “placed,” shows how her failure to interpret her family narrative reveals a fixation on the part of an educational team that closes it off from its own idealized institutional (pre)history.
