| Summary, etc. | RésuméCertains professionnels travaillant dans des lieux publics se trouvent confrontés à la complexité de la rencontre avec les adolescents. Lorsque les difficultés rencontrées ne trouvent pas ou plus à se réguler, ni à se partager en équipe, la souffrance s’entend alors à différents niveaux : souffrance dans les liens avec le public, souffrance dans les liens d’équipe, et souffrance de l’identité professionnelle.Quel peut-être alors le travail d’accompagnement de ces professionnels qui n’ont pas directement de fonction éducative ou de soin auprès du public ? Quelle écoute et quel dispositif proposer ? Il sera présenté ici un dispositif clinique original d’écoute et d’accompagnement psychologique d’agents d’une piscine municipale, en difficulté dans l’accueil d’adolescents et de jeunes adultes. Les nouvelles formes de demandes adressées à des cliniciens nécessitant d’adapter les cadres de travail, nous tenterons de montrer comment les évolutions du dispositif proposé ont permis à la fois un travail de figuration et d’élaboration des mouvements psychiques à l’œuvre dans le groupe. Nous éclairerons en quoi la mise en place d’un « temps de parole », en appui sur la fonction contenante et conteneur des cliniciens, a favorisé la reprise de la capacité à accueillir les adolescents. |

| Summary, etc. | Swimming pool staff confronted with teenagers: an original clinical plan to support staffEmployees in public places are often confronted with the complexity of dealing with teenagers. When these difficulties can no longer be regulated or shared with a team, stress occurs at a variety of levels: in relations with the public, in the team’s relationship and in professional identity.What kind of support can be brought to these employees, who do not have a direct educational or caring role toward the public? What consideration and support can we offer? We present here an original clinical plan to listen to and psychologically support the employees of a public swimming pool, who need help to cope with teenagers and young adults.Since the new kinds of requests made to clinicians require work environments to be adapted, we attempt to show that the development of the suggested plan enabled work to take place both on representation and on the psychological dynamics of the group. We explain how setting up a talking group, supported by the clinicians’ containing roles, helped the employees to recover their ability to attend to teenagers. |
