| Summary, etc. | Le droit de la publicité extérieure a fait l’objet de modifications par la loi du 7 juillet 2016 et par le décret du 27 mai 2016. La première a porté de 100 m à 500 m le rayon d’interdiction de la publicité aux abords des monuments historiques protégés et le second, pris en application de la loi Macron du 6 août 2015, a défini les conditions d’implantation de la publicité aux abords des grands stades. Parallèlement, le Conseil d’État a précisé le régime de la publicité murale aux abords des routes à grande circulation et les éléments à prendre en considération pour calculer la surface maximum des dispositifs publicitaires fixés par le RNP. Dans le contentieux de la loi littoral, le Conseil d’État a également rappelé l’obligation pour les campings de respecter toutes les contraintes urbanistiques fixées par l’ancien article L. 146-4-C. urb. devenu L. 121-8 et L. 121-9 et précisé que les clôtures peuvent être des aménagements légers admis dans les espaces remarquables. |

| Summary, etc. | Living environment chronicleAdvertising legal framework has been modified by the law of July 7th of 2016 and by the decree of may 27th. The law extended from 100meters to 500meters the perimeter of protection around historical monuments and the decree, implementing the law of August 6th of 2015 (Macron), defined the conditions of advertisings around stadiums. Furthermore, the supreme administrative court specified the conditions of advertising along high traffic roads and how to calculate the maximum surface permitted. Regarding the coastal law, the court has also reinforced the obligations for camping areas to respect urban laws about fences and minor constructions in the remarkable coastal areas. |
