La jurisprudence administrative s’est notamment attachée à préciser certains aspects liés aux autorisations, à la police des déchets combinée avec la police des ICPE, aux sanctions administratives et au plein contentieux des autorisations environnementales. À l’image d’Héraclès, le juge, l’exécutif et le législateur ont entrepris Douze Travaux de longue haleine laissant entrevoir quelques espoirs pour la protection de l’environnement. |
