| Summary, etc. | L’article se propose de montrer l’émergence des processus de création de dynamiques territoriales à travers notamment l’apparition de différentes formes de « clusters ». Cette émergence révèle des changements profonds du rapport entre géographie et économie. Une dimension « méso-économique », qui n’est ni micro, ni macro, rend compte de l’auto-organisation d’acteurs ancrés dans leur contexte géographique. Le fait que ce contexte puisse interférer avec la valeur de ce qui y est produit constitue un changement majeur. La rencontre entre les territoires et les processus de production et de consommation nous semble pouvoir ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives pour la géographie économique. |

| Summary, etc. | Sketch of a territorial economic geographyThis paper focuses on the emergence of “territorial” dynamics in production processes, as highlighted by the appearance of different types of clusters. This leads to radical changes in the relationship between Geography and Economics. The fact that local stakeholders tend to organize themselves in terms of their geographical context creates a meso-economic level, i.e. one which is neither micro nor macro. The key characteristic of this trend is that the context influences the value of what is produced. Opposition between “territory” and the main economic functions of production and consumption opens new perspectives for economic geography analysis. |
